The meals have been excellent. My favorites are the chicken and noodles and my most favorite is the pot pie we had for lunch today. The tea is excellent and the server/delivery. Valerie from Hawaii was great. Food presentation was excellent. breakfast was outstanding and the best part was the biscuit.

I just delivered my baby at this hospital and I am so grateful for the nurses I had during my labor and afterwards. One nurse I will never forget is Kiara. She made me so comfortable and made sure I was okay during the whole labor. She built a connection with my partner and I that I will never forget. One thing I was super shocked about was the fact that she was still in training. I thought she had been doing this a while with how knowledgeable she was etc. thank you to all the nurses and doctors who made this experience for me so amazing. I will always remember this experience.

I stayed here for about five days. The doctors and nursing staff were fantastic. What really stands out for me was Val from food services. She was super fantastic! It gets pretty lonely being in the hospital but she made sure every time she stopped by she would ask how I was doing. She would see if I needed anything. If I needed water she would get it. If I needed a nurse she would find them for me. She would remember things I would tell her from pervious days. Overall just treated me like family and like she has known me my whole life. I wish more people in the world were as positive and caring as her!

I wanted to share my latest experience at North Central Baptist. I was a patient on the Oncology floor post op for 4 days and I received exceptional care from Nurses Crystal and Natalie. The other staff members were warm and friendly but these nurses were exceptional. My needs were met with compassion, teaching, exceptional knowledge and care. I am a nurse and understand the challenges that Nurses have to go through. It is not the furniture or decoration you have to look at it is the skill, compassion, supportive staff that make you know that you are in great hands. You can be confident that you will be taken care of. The preop , anesthesia and PACU staff are very compassionate and put you at ease. This is my third surgery at this facility and I give my biggest praise for an amazing staff.

I give this hospital top rating. The staff are all very attentive and caring. Special call out to Alyssa, Aaron, Kristin and all of the 3rd floor staff.
The best nurse I have ever met is Alyssa.
RN Alyssa on the 3rd floor has shown my mother, Anne an extraordinary level of kindness and care, treating her as if she were her own mother. Alyssa's expertise has been evident in her ability to address any issues that arose, ensuring my mother’s recovery while also taking the time to educate us throughout the process. Her fun-loving personality and comforting presence have truly set her apart. As a retired RN who dedicated her career to helping others heal in a rehabilitation hospital, my mother has experienced Alyssa's exceptional respect and care during her own time of need. Alyssa has provided a level of service that is nothing short of 5-star.
