From the front end staff, M.A, the lab tech, and Dr.Brownell, this was an amazing first time experience! This is by far the best Primary care I’ve been to in SA and Dr.Brownell was more than eager to informatively answer all of my questions and concerns. I highly recommend this site and I’m looking forward to this being my Primary care facility.

I was able to get a new patient appointment within 24 hours. Before the pandemic, I had seen another PCP at a different UT Health location, and, unlike the reviewer below, I was able to make this appointment easily.

The front desk staff were kind and helpful. I saw Dr. Brownell, who spent as much time as necessary to discuss my symptoms and explain his recommendations. He answered all my questions in a thoughtful and caring way.

I had a wonderful first time experience! The staff is so kind and the physicians are very helpful and actually listen to you and your needs. My whole family goes here now and we are all happy with our care! I highly recommend going here.
