UT Health Shavano

I have been a patient at this location for several years. My PCP, Brandon Bolfing, is an excellent provider and always takes the time to listen carefully to my concerns, makes sure that I am up to date on preventative care and involves me in medical decisions. Whenever I send a message on My Chart, his assistant Janet, always responds promptly and follows up on my requests. When I have called for an appointment and Dr. Bolfing was not available, I have been booked with Dr. Kohatsu, Dr, Patel, or PA Navarro and all have been great. Best of all, I have rarely waited more than 5 minutes to be called in to the treatment room. The ladies at the front desk have always been friendly and helpful. And I am grateful that the office has a lab on site so that I don’t have to drive to another facility for routine bloodwork. I have nothing but good experiences here and highly recommend UT Health Shavano Park.

Dr. Patel is an amazing provider. He’s really kind, professional, and diligent. He makes me feel safe and taken care of. The staff here is exceptional as well. They’re so nice and they make the process of seeing your doctor seamless. I very much recommend this office as your PCP. I also kind of don’t want people to know because it would make it harder for me to get an appointment but if you’ve had poor experiences at other offices like I have, this one will definitely take care of you. (Given if you’re polite and kind as well.)
