UT Health Westgate

I am pleased with the services I have received from Westgates Woman’s Health. The lady’s in the front are nice and they get you in and out fast. Jessica Hughes is great she listened and answered all my questions. Thank you

The staff were so nice and the lady who took my blood was so professional. I didn't even feel her putting in the needle. And, she was so kind. Kindness makes such a difference and so she was such a blessing. Even though I didn't have an appt and the waiting room was full, I was seen quickly. Very nice!!!

Got here late (was lost) they are having us wait till 3:30pm for a no show. While my daughter sits in pain, they have no other appts this year. The staff could work on their customer service skills. I initiated another call & the office manager returned my call with availability today. The doctors we're very knowledgeable and educated us on the options available.

So far this is the first pain management clinic I've been to for multiple dislocated/broken shoulders due to seizures, I just received cortisone shots in both today, at least from my very brief experience with them, they do try to help you, now that being said they are not all over friendly like most doctors offices, strictly professional, they get you in and out, when I was initially referred to this place I read the reviews and it got me a little nervious so I just wanted to put my two cents in about how my dealings with them have gone so far.
