UT Health Westover Hills

I am impressed at how professional and clean this place is. At first, I thought the front desk lady was going to be rude but she was actually pretty helpful. They have more then one restroom and so many signs with great information! Nurse Practitioner Jennifer D. Pierson is so smart and nice, I'm so happy I got her.

They have treated me well so far. I like that I can do most of my labs there. I can get appointments pretty quickly even though it may not be for my doctor which is pretty standard in a big city. I also love the convenience of using mychart.

My first experience with them was good on the doctor side but then i got disapointed with the front desk. But I went again today to give it a second chance and I can tell these people care about their job. Also no one is perfect and all of us screw up frequently. Overall this place is worth it and its convenient. Customer service will call you if you did not like their service which says a lot. Im happy with them. There is a lab across the hall.
