About Me
Dr. Lozano was born in Monterrey, Mexico. He received his M.D. from the Universidad de Monterrey in 2007. He continued his training at the University of Oklahoma-Tulsa, completing his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology in 2011. He remained in Tulsa working at a community center and as clinical faculty with the university. Dr. Lozano joined UT Health San Antonio in 2016. Dr. Lozano is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
