Dr.Crystal Chavezwas born and raised inCiudad Juarez, Chihuahua,Mexico,where she completed hermedical trainingand graduatedfirst in her class asValedictorianof theUniversidadAutonomade Ciudad Juarez.She became a licensed general practitioner in Mexico and moved to the United Statessoon after where she trainedintheFamily and CommunityMedicineprogram at UT Health San Antonio. She isBoard Certified in Family Medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine and hasa strong interest in preventive careand minor in-office procedures, as well as expertise inthe management of chronic diseases. She is aproud mother oftwo wonderful children, a dog loverand fitness enthusiast.
