About Me
Dr. Evans specializes in the surgical and non-surgical treatment of pelvic floor disorders including vaginal and pelvic organ prolapse, bladder control or urinary incontinence, bowel control and various dysfunctions the female pelvic anatomy.
Following her medical education, Dr. Evans returned home to San Antonio to join UT Health Physicians and the teaching faculty at UT Health San Antonio. In addition to caring for women with pelvic floor disorders, she is interested in researching epidemiology and patient-centered outcomes following treatment.
